General Information

  • Any feedback or complaints regarding the event will be directed to and handled by the event organizer.
  • The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the event due to technical failures, broadcasting issues, authority instructions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • The organizer may modify, withdraw, or replace artists and/or adjust advertised programs, event schedules, seating arrangements, or audience capacities without prior notice.
  • Photography, audio, or video recording is subject to the event organizer’s policies. Please check with the respective organizer for details.

General Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets are non-refundable; all ticket purchases are final.
  • Tickets purchased through unauthorized platforms or sources may be counterfeit or invalid, and such purchases are at your own risk.
  • The resale of tickets at the original or inflated prices is prohibited. JooY Media reserves the right to cancel tickets not purchased through JooY Media or other authorized sales channels.
  • Ticket purchasers under the age of 18 should obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets or merchandise from the website. By transacting on the website, the purchaser certifies that they are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms of use.
  • No refunds or claims will be entertained due to changes in ticket prices or discounts.

Promo Code Usage

  • Promotions with specific durations are subject to individual terms and conditions, are not combinable with other offers unless explicitly stated, and in case of conflicts, the specific promotion terms take precedence over general terms. Promo codes will not be accepted beyond their specified validity periods.
  • Requests for promo code submissions, rebates, or discounts after completing the checkout process will not be entertained.
  • No refunds or claims will be entertained for adjustments in ticket prices due to promo codes, rebates, or discounts not entered before completing the purchase. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring accurate application of promo codes before finalizing transactions.
  • The organizer may release discounted tickets after sales begin but will not refund any difference between the original and discounted prices.

Exchange of Tickets

  • No ticket exchanges or refunds will be allowed unless the event is postponed or canceled. For such cases, refer to the Event Cancellation or Postponement section for further details.
  • While reminder emails may be sent before the event, attendance is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility. Reminder emails are a courtesy, and we disclaim liability for any issues resulting from non-attendance. Delivery of pre-event notifications is not guaranteed.

Admission

  • Only valid ticket holders will be allowed entry to the event.
  • Proof of identity, such as student identification, MyKad, or a passport, may be required to obtain discounts or gain admission.
  • The venue owner or event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or compensation for disorderly or inappropriate conduct.
  • Infants or children without tickets will not be admitted for safety reasons.
  • Latecomers may be admitted during appropriate breaks in the performance, at the discretion of the venue owner. However, entry is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Ticket holders agree to searches for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, and recording devices.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors and actions are strictly prohibited during events to ensure a positive and respectful environment:

  • Bringing illegal drugs or weapons to the event.
  • Engaging in disorderly or disruptive behavior.
  • Failing to comply with event rules and regulations.
  • Violating ticket terms and conditions.

JooY Media, event organizers, and venue owners reserve the right to remove individuals engaging in prohibited conduct. This may include confiscation of tickets and barring entry to future events.

Amendments to Terms

JooY Media reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the JooY Media platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically, and continued use of JooY Media services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
